The Gat Gun was purchased in the US, but made in England. The air pistol was given to as a gift around 1985. It came from a gun shop in NYC that specialized in police equipment - John Jovino. The store was over 100 years old - the oldest gun shop in NYC, and possibly the country - and has an interesting history. Here are a couple of links to that history.
